This station , works with the central coast-guards operation for West Channel and North Biscay " C.R.O.S.S Corsen " , the coast guards can be reached at : 33.2.98.89.31.31 Brignogan station keeps a RIB the light lifeboat " Beg Pol ".

During Summer holidays , Bay-watchers are on duty full day at the station. The harbour boy is also based there during the summer months.
